HEALING RETREAT

This retreat’s main focus is healing.

Healing of old trauma and tension that is stored in the body and therefore creating space for you, for your true essense to shine through.

We heal through sharing and releasing emotions.

Within a small group of max 8-10 participants we will dive into a journey for body, mind, heart and soul, using different techniques and methods on the path to more awareness, aliveness, nourishment and joy.
